Candy No 4 Limited (in liquidation) Notice is given, pursuant to section 229 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, that: 1. James Terence Taaffe, chartered accountant of Coopers & Lybrand, Raffles and Bower Streets, Napier, has been appointed liquidator of Candy No 4 Limited, by special resolution of the shareholders. 2. The date of commencement of the liquidation is 2 November 1995. 3. Notice is also given, pursuant to section 116 (4) of the Companies Act 1955, that the name of the company was changed on 2 February 1995 from International Life Brokers Limited, following the merger of the business of the company with the Alexander & Alexander Group. That business continues to be conducted by the Alexander & Alexander Group. 4.
