Severn Holdings Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator Pursuant to Sections 3, 225 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 On 30 October 1995, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Severn Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Harold Geoffrey Bailey, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose. The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of October 1995.
