Burnip Elliott Storage Limited (in liquidation), Burnip Elliott & Co Limited (in liquidation) and Elliott Warehousing and Transport Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator The Companies Act 1955 On 13 April 1995, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 221 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, that Burnip Elliott Storage Limited, Elliott Warehousing and Transport Limited and Burnip Elliott & Co Limited will be liquidated and that Errol Wayne Bailey of Goldsmith Fox PKF, Christchurch, be appointed as liquidator of the companies. The liquidations commenced 13 April 1995. Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 213 (1), a meeting of creditors of Burnip Elliott & Co Limited, Burnip Elliott Storage Limited and Elliott Warehousing and Transport Limited will be held at the offices of Goldsmith Fox PKF, 236 Armagh Street, Christchurch on 27 April 1995 at 9.00 a.m., 10.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. respectively for the following purposes: 1. Whether to appoint another liquidator in place of E. W. Bailey; 2. To determine whether to pass a resolution setting out the views of the creditors; 3.
