The above solvent company was placed into liquidation on the basis the reasons for which the company was incorporated having now passed. The company has ceased trading and has no assets and liabilities of significance. The company changed its name from IBNZ Limited to Naive Limited on 28 July 1994. Naive Limited is not related in any way to IBNZ Limited which is currently trading successfully throughout New Zealand.
