Capital Discovery Place Te Aho-A-Maui Trust Board Notice to Creditors of Intention to Wind Up the Trust Board Once Known Creditors Have Been Paid The Capital Discovery Place Te Aho-A-Maui Trust Board (the ``trust board'') operates Capital Discovery Place. The trust board has considered that Capital Discovery Place will be better managed by The Wellington City Council and has agreed to transfer the operation of Capital Discovery Place to the council as from 14 July 1994. All known creditors of the trust board are being paid and the surplus assets will be acquired by the council. Accordingly, the trust board has resolved, in accordance with its rules, that it be wound up. If there is any person who is an actual or contingent creditor who has not already been paid or who considers they have a claim against the trust board arising on or before the 14th day of July 1994, they should send written particulars of their claim to the trust board at the address given below, by the 30th day of November 1994.
