Macalister Mazengarb Perry Castle Dissolution of Partnership Pursuant to Section 39 of the Partnership Act 1908 Notice is hereby given that the partnership subsisting between Philip John Bartleet, Paul Trevor Dentice, Ernest William Gartrell, Brooke Anthony Gibson, Paul Ashley Morten, Thomas Michael Pivac, John Michael Pope and Geoffrey William Fleetwood Thompson, carrying on business as solicitors at Wellington under the firm of Macalister Mazengarb Perry Castle, has been dissolved as from the 31st day of March 1994. From the 1st day of April 1994, the aforesaid partners (with the exception of Ernest William Gartrell) shall practise in partnership under the firm of Macalister Mazengarb Perry Castle as reconstituted from that date.
