Notice Calling Final Meetings In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Electronic Innovations Limited (in liquidation) AK. 094824, Genovation Consortium Limited (in liquidation) AK. 382301 and Scientific Farm Appliances Limited (in liquidation) AK. 198210: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that general meetings of the above-named companies will be held at 241 Ti Rakau Drive, East Tamaki on Friday, the 4th day of February 1994, at the following respective times: (a) 10.00 a.m. in respect of Electronic Innovations Limited (in liquidation), (b) 10.15 a.m. in respect of Genovation Consortium Limited (in liquidation), and (c) 10.30 a.m. in respect of Scientific Farm Appliances Limited (in liquidation) for the purpose, in each instance, of having an account laid before each meeting showing how the respective winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator. Further Business: To, in each instance, consider and if thought fit to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely: ``That the books and papers of the company and the liquidator shall be retained in the custody of the liquidator for a period of 2 years from the date of dissolution of the company or for such longer period as the liquidator may think fit.''
