Notice Calling Final Meeting of Meeting and Creditors In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Quay Plumbing Services Limited (in liquidation): Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company and a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held at the offices of James Bell & Co., Chartered Accountants, First Floor, 268270 Manukau Road, Epsom, Auckland on the 31st day of March 1994 at 10 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator. Further Business: To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely: That the books and records of the company be kept for a 12 month period from the date of the final meeting and then destroyed. Every member and creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy (or one or more proxies) to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member or creditor. Forms of general and special proxy can be obtained from the liquidator.
