Land Acquired for Accessway in Thames-Coromandel District Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for accessway, and shall vest in The Thames-Coromandel District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule South Auckland Land District 164 square metres, situated in Block XI, Otama Survey District, being part Lot 70, D.P. S. 22461; as shown marked ``A'' on S.O.
