Intention to Take Land The Papakura District Council hereby gives notice that it intends to take the land described in the Schedule hereto. The land is required for roadworks and forms part of the road lowering works undertaken by the council. The council considers the taking of the land is reasonably necessary in order to stabilise the land abutting the formed part of the Papakura-Clevedon Road to protect the formed road together with ancillary works and to prevent further slumpage of the adjoining land. Anyone who wishes to object to the taking of this land must send a written objection to the Registrar, Planning Tribunal, Tribunals Division, Justice Department, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington within 20 days of the date of the second publication of this notice. Schedule 1299 square metres, more or less, being part of Allotment 52, Papakura Parish, part certificate of title, Volume 80D, folio 739 (North Auckland Registry) situated Papakura-Clevedon Road at Ardmore more particulary shown on Survey Office Plan No. 67622.
