Classification of Reserve and Vesting in The Whangarei District Council Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve and vests the said reserve in The Whangarei District Council in trust for that purpose.
