Notice of Surrender of a Mining Privilege Held by or on Behalf of the Crown Pursuant to the provisions of section 132 (3) of the Mining Act 1971, the Minister of Energy hereby declares mining licence 32 533, held by the Secretary of Mines, Wellington (on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen) to be surrendered. The land which was subject to the said licence is described in the Schedule hereto.
