Declaring Maori Freehold Land to be Included in a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 439 (2) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be included in the existing Maori reservation in respect of the land known as Te Haroto 2B1A Block which was set apart for the purpose of a marae and meeting house for the common use and benefit for the members of the subtribe of Ngati Hine Uru by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 13, page 268 of the 28th day of January 1988.
