Amending a Notice Declaring That a Marginal Strip is Not Required Pursuant to section 50a of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation amends the notice dated the 5th day of November 1993, published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 11th day of November 1993, No. 166, page 3375, declaring that a marginal strip is not required, pursuant to section 24b of the Conservation Act 1987, by deleting the description of the land described as ``Area `A' on S.O. 36992, situated in Blocks VI and X, Waipakura Survey District'' and substituting it with ``1.1060 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, Blocks VI and X, Waipakura Survey District.
