Classification of Reserve and Vesting in The Southland District Council Pursuant to the Reserves Act and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve and vests the reserves described in the Second Schedule hereto, in The Southland District Council in trust for that purpose.
