Change of Classification of Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Pompallier House Historic Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Northland, hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a recreation reserve to a historic reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Pompallier House Historic Reserve.
