Vesting a Reserve in the Marlborough District Council Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Nelson/Marlborough Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, hereby vests the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, in The Marlborough District Council, in trust for recreation purposes.
