Amending a Notice Taking Land for Street in the City of Wellington Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated the 5th day of August 1976, taking land for street, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 19 August 1976, No. 94, at page 1930, by changing the purpose for which the land was taken for from ``street'' to ``in connection with road widening''.
