Notice Redefining the Persons for Whose Use and Benefit a Maori Reservation is Set Apart Pursuant to section 338 (5) (d) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the class of persons for whose use and benefit the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been set apart as a Maori reservation by notice in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 29, page 609 of 21 February 1991, is hereby redefined as a Maori reservation (Mangamingi Pa) for the purposes of a meeting place and burial ground for the common use and benefit of nga hapu O Ngati Tamakana, Ngati Uenuku and Ngati Rangi. Schedule Wellington Land District All that piece of land situated in Block VII, Makotuku Survey District and described as follows: Area ha Being 2.0234 Part Raetihi 2B2B3B2 as created by a partition order of the Maori Land Court dated 29 July 1920, being more particularly the south western portion of the said block as shown on Plan WD 3757.
