Corrigendum The notice setting apart general land as a Maori reservation in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby amended by deleting the description details and substituting with the correct description details and the said notice is hereby replaced by notice in the Second Schedule hereto: First Schedule Registration Date of Notice Reference No. 23 July 1992 New Zealand Gazette, 23 July 1992, No. 114, page 2530 6666 Second Schedule Notice Setting Apart General Land as a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the general land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purposes of a marae, meeting place and place of historical interest for the common use and benefit of the Ngaitahu tribe and their invitees. Schedule Canterbury Land District All that piece of land situated in Canterbury Survey District and described as follows: Area ha Being 5178m or thereabouts Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 41398 and Lot 5 on Deposited Plan 45493, as comprised in certificate of title, Volume 24B, folio 487, being Rehua Marae. 488m or thereabouts situated in the City of Christchurch Part of Rural Section 206, as comprised in certificate of title, Volume 326, folio 272, being Rehua Marae.
