Declaration That Land is Reserve and Naming of Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Auckland City Council on the 15th day of August 1991: ``That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Auckland City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said city in fee simple and described in the First Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a recreation reserve and the piece of land held by the said city in fee simple and described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a local purpose (community buildings) reserve, within the meanings of the said Act.'' Furthermore, the Acting Regional Conservator here declares that the reserve, described in the First and Second Schedules hereto, shall hereafter be known as the Anzac Reserve.
