Declaration That Land is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Tauranga District Council on the 22nd day of February 1994: ``That council, having no future requirement for the 5690 square metres of land shown as area ``A'' on S.O. Plan 59705 for roading purposes, pursuant to section 14 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, declares the land to vest in the council as a recreation reserve''. Schedule South Auckland Land District Tauranga District 5690 square metres, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 59705, situated in Block VI, Tauranga Survey District.
