Revocation of the Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the appointment of The Waikato District Council to control and manage the recreation reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
