Classification of Reserve and Appointment of the Otago Fish and Game Council to Control and Manage Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Otago, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a Government purpose (wildlife management) reserve and further appoints the Otago Fish and Game Council to control and manage the said reserve subject to the provisions of the said Act, such appointment to be subject to the condition that the Otago Fish and Game Council submit a management plan for the reserve to the Minister of Conservation for approval within 1 year from the date of this notice.
