Vesting of a Reserve in the Queenstown Lakes District Council Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Otago, hereby vests the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, in The Queenstown Lakes District Council in trust for recreation purposes.
