Land and Right of Way Easement Acquired for Scenic Reserve Pattersons Bush, Central Hawke's Bay Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule together with a right of way easement appurtenant to that land as set out below over that part of the land described in the Second Schedule specified in the easement are hereby acquired for a scenic reserve under the Reserves Act 1977. The land and appurtenant easement shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in New Zealand Gazette and the easement may be surrendered at any time by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette. Right of Way Easement The right for the Crown (called the grantee) acting through the Minister of Conservation and his employees, contractors or agents, either with or without vehicles and the general public by foot only to travel at any time over part Section 5, S.O. 1857; shown marked ``B'' on S.O. 10504. The grantee may at its cost (after first consulting with the registered proprietor of the land in the Second Schedule) form the right of way and maintain it to a standard acceptable to the Minister. Hawke's Bay Land District First Schedule 8.0722 hectares, being part Section 5, S.O. 1857; shown marked ``A'' on S.O. 10504. Second Schedule 241.4601 hectares, being part Section 5, S.O. 1857 and part Section 15, S.O. 7859, situate in Block VII, Ruataniwha Survey District, comprised in C.T. M2/1178.
