Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Hokonui and Wendonside Survey Districts Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Invercargill, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by The Southland District Council, pursuant to the said section 323, and on the publication of this notice, the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948. Schedule Southland Land District Southland District 13.00 hectares, more or less, being unformed legal road, situated in Block V, Wendonside and Block XXIII, Hokonui Survey Districts; shown marked ``A'', ``B'', ``C'' and ``D'' on S.O. Plan 12018. 17.80 hectares, more or less, being unformed legal road, situated in Blocks XXIII and XXXI, Hokonui Survey District; shown marked ``A'', ``B'' and ``C'' on S.O. Plan 12019. 3.50 hectares, more or less, being unformed legal road, situated in Block XXXI, Hokonui and Block VIII, Wendonside Survey Districts; shown marked ``A'' and ``B'' on S.O. Plan 12020.
