Recommendation to Redefine the Class of Persons and Purpose of a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (5) (c) and (d) of the Maori Land Act 1993, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby redefined for the class of persons and for the purpose of a meeting place and papakainga for the common use and benefit of the Whanau of Wharewhiti and Hana Cotter and the Iwi. This papakainga reserve to be known as Nga Pakiaka Ki Te Iwi.
