Cancellation of the Vesting in The Hastings District Council of Part of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Hawke's Bay Conservancy, cancels the vesting in The Hastings District Council of part of the Hakowhai Recreation Reserve, described in the Schedule hereto.
