Revocation of a Declaration That Private Land Shall be Protected Private Land Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 February 1987, No. 15, page 644, declaring that the private land described in the Schedule hereto, shall be protected private land for scientific purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act. Schedule Marlborough Land District Kaikoura District 8.3320 hectares, more or less, being part Section 16, Block XVI, Kaitarau Survey District, being more particularly shown as ``A'' on D.P. 6703.
