Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the recreation reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land shall vest in The Christchurch City Council in fee-simple to enable the land to be legalised as road.
