Land Acquired in Connection with a Road in Waikato District Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired, subject to the mining right created in and by transfer 154625, in connection with a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule South Auckland Land District 4.1051 hectares, situated in Block III, Rangiriri Survey District, being part Lot 1, D.P. S. 11097 and being part Allotment 182, Parish of Whangamarino, excepting therefrom and thereout all coal fire clay and other minerals of whatsoever nature or kind lying more than 50 feet from the surface of the said land.
