Notice of Intention to Take Land at Waipukurau for Accessway Central Hawke's Bay District Council Notice is hereby given that The Central Hawke's Bay District Council proposes to take the land described in the Schedule for accessway. The land consists of the existing accessway connecting the service lane at the rear of the shops to the south of Ruataniwha Street to Ruataniwha Street, Waipukurau. The taking is considered reasonably necessary to preserve the continued use of the accessway by the general public. Any person having an estate or interest in the land, may by the 6th day of April 1994, send an objection in writing to the Registrar, Planning Tribunal, Tribunals Division, Justice Department, Private Bag, Wellington. If any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing will be held unless the objector otherwise requires, each objector will be informed of the time and place of the hearing. Schedule Hawke's Bay Land District 329 square metres, being part Block 16, Waipukurau CGD, shown as ``H'' on S.O. Plan 7398. A plan of the land is available for inspection free of charge during ordinary office hours at the office of The Central Hawke's Bay District Council, Ruataniwha Street, Waipawa.
