Vesting of Reserve in The Rotorua District Council Pursuant to section 26 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Department of Conservation, hereby vests the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, in The Rotorua District Council, in trust, as a reserve for recreation purposes, subject to the said Act.
