Land Acquired for Scenic Reserve in Waitomo District Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for a scenic reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule South Auckland Land District 7300 square metres, situated in Block VII, Maungamangero Survey District, being part Lot 1, D.P. S. 55328; as shown marked ``A'' on S.O.
