Plan 59560, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton. Second Schedule South Auckland Land District 5734 square metres, situated in Block VII, Otama Survey District, adjoining Lot 1, D.P. S. 48925; as shown marked ``B'' on S.O.
