Classification and Vesting of Reserves Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the two reserves, described in the First Schedule hereto as local purpose (aerodrome and community centre) reserve, and the reserve in the Second Schedule hereto as a local purpose (aerodrome and community facilities) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977, and further, vests the said reserves in The Auckland City Council, in trust, for those purposes as from the 1st day of March 1994. Furthermore, the vesting is in consideration of The Auckland City Council paying the consideration to the Crown (Department of Conservation) and that if the said reserves, or any part or parts of the said reserves, are to be revested in the Crown pursuant to section 27 of the Reserves Act 1977 or any similar provision, then The Auckland City Council shall receive compensation for the land so revested. The compensation shall be assessed as though it were an assessment under the provisions of Part V of the Public Works Act 1981 or any statutory amendment thereto.
