Vesting of a Reserve in The Westland District Council Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the West Coast Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, hereby vests the reserve described in the Schedule hereto in The Westland District Council in trust for local purposes (hall site) subject to the provisions of the said Act.
