Amending Notice Acquiring Easements in Gross over Land at Jones Road, Templeton for an Airport Locator Beacon Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice with the above heading, dated the 13th day of December 1993, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 16th day of December 1993, No. 181 at page 3770, by: (a) inserting in the 20th line of the declaration after the words ``Tenth Schedule hereto'', the words ``the benefit of which applies to all the land contained in certificate of title 35B/852''. (b) Deleting the word ``and'' from the end of the 20th line of the declaration. (c) Deleting the word ``convenants'' from the 21st line of the declaration.
