Amending a Notice, Realigning Road in Hamilton City Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice, dated the 10th day of December 1993, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 16th day of December 1993, No. 181, at page 3765, realigning road in Hamilton City by inserting ``, now known as Section 1, S.O. 59640,'' between the words ``hereto'' and ``to'' in paragraph (b).
