Road Stopped in Taupo District Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 (7) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto, to be stopped, and that area ``A'' now known as Section 1, S.O. 59764, shall be added to the adjacent land held for recreation reserve by virtue of New Zealand Gazette notice S. 559380, South Auckland Land Registry. Schedule South Auckland Land District 2.3260 hectares, adjoining part Section 312, Block II, Tauhara Survey District and Taupo-Nui-A-Tia Block; as shown marked ``A'' on S.O.
