Amending a Declaration Declaring Land to be Taken in Kaipara District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, hereby amends the declaration dated the 30th day of November 1993, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 9th day of December 1993, No. 178, page 3684, declaring land to be taken in Kaipara District, pursuant to section 119 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the operative clause the word ``Crown'' and inserting the words ``Kaipara District Council''.
