Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation Notice is hereby given that by virtue of section 338 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, and pursuant to a recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of inclusion as part of Pa-Te-Aroha Marae for the common use and benefit of the Maori people resident in the Hokianga district.
