Revocation of The Reservation Over a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Northland Conservancy, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (utility) reserve of the land described in the Schedule hereto. Schedule North Auckland Land District Far North District Council 8 square metres, more or less, being Lot 70, D.P. 80759, situated in Block V, Russell Survey District.
