Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Whakarewa Te Reo Amendment Notice Pursuant to section 155 (8) (b) of the Education Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Education, the Group Manager Implementation, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby gives the following notice: N o t i c e 1. This notice may be cited as the Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Whakarewa Te Reo Amendment Notice 1994. 2. This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette. 3. The notice entitled, ``Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Whakarewa Te Reo'', published in the New Zealand Gazette on 14 January 1993, No. 2, page 6, is hereby amended by omitting clause 5, and substituting it with the following clause: ``5. Constitution of the Board of Trustees The Board of Trustees of Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Whakarewa Te Reo shall comprise: (a) five (5) elected parent representatives; (b) the tumuaki (the principal); (c) a staff representative; and (d) two (2) members co-opted from the community''.
