Notice of Proposed Passenger Service Vehicle Construction Rule The Land Transport Safety Authority (LTSA), in accordance with section 10 (1) (a) of the Land Transport Act 1993, has published the draft for public comment (`yellow' draft) of Rule 31001; the passenger service vehicle construction Rule. This draft Rule presents the proposed legal requirements for the design and construction of passenger service vehicles operating in New Zealand. Draft Rule 31001 is available for viewing at the LTSA's seven Regional Offices and at public libraries countrywide. Copies have been sent to the Registered Interest Groups, who have expressed an interest in the preliminary drafts.
