Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Te Rito Amendment Notice 1994 Pursuant to sections 155 (8) (b) of the Education Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Education, the Group Manager Implementation, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby gives the following notice: N o t i c e 1. This notice may be cited as the Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Te Rito Amendment Notice 1994. 2. This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette. 3. The notice entitled, ``Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Te Rito'', published in the New Zealand Gazette on 24 January 1991, No. 11, page 194, is hereby amended by omitting clause 5, and substituting it with the following clause: ``5 Constitution of the Board of Trustees The Board of Trustees of Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Te Rito shall comprise: (a) kia tokorima nga maatua o te kura (5 elected parent representatives) (b) te tumuaki (the principal) (c) he kaiwhakaako (a staff representative) and (d) not more than four persons co-opted by the Board''.
