Eastern Fish and Game Region District Anglers Notice 1990, Amendment No. 3 Pursuant to section 26r (3) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Eastern Fish and Game Council amends the Eastern Fish and Game Region District Anglers Notice 1990, supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, 1990, No. 151, pages 3205 to 3208. 1. Title and commencement (1) This notice may be cited as the Eastern Fish and Game Region District Anglers Notice 1990, Amendment No. 3 and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Eastern Fish and Game Region District Anglers Notice 1990 (hereinafter referred to as the ``principal notice''). (2) This amending notice shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette. 2. Open season (1) Clause 4 of the principal notice is amended by renumbering subclause 4 (g) as subclause 4 (h) and inserting as subclause 4 (g) the following subclause: ``(g) The Tarawera River from the footbridge sited approximately 800 metres from the golf course at Kawerau, down stream to the sea; from the 1st day of July 1995 to the 30th day of September 1995 (both days inclusive) and subsequently from the 1st day of October to the 30th day of September (both days inclusive) in each year''. 3. Bag and size limits (1) Clause 5 of the principal notice is amended by adding the following subclauses: ``(1b) No licence holder shall on any one day take and keep more than one (1) trout, irrespective of species, from the Horomanga River from its source downstream to its confluence with the Rangitaiki River. (1c) No licence holder shall on any one day take and keep more than two (2) trout, irrespective of species, from the Rangitaiki River downstream from its confluence with the Horomanga River to the barrage of Lake Aniwhenua, including the canal and header pond''.
