The Traffic (Opotiki District) Notice No. 1, 1994 Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Judith Olga Stack, Secretary for Transport give the following notice: N o t i c e This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Opotiki District) Notice No. 1, 1994. The road specified in the Schedule is declared to be a 70 kilometre an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976. Schedule SITUATED within Opotiki District at Whanarua Bay: No. 35 State Highway (Opotiki-Gisborne via Te Araroa): from a point 1120 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along the said State highway from the Whanarua Bridge to a point 490 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along the said State highway from the Whanarua Bridge.
