The Traffic (Manukau City) Notice No. 2, 1994 Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Roger Francis Toleman, Acting Secretary for Transport give the following notice: N o t i c e This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Manukau City) Notice No. 2, 1994. The road specified in the Schedule is excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962. So much of the Traffic (Manukau City) Notice No. 1, 1990, signed on the 6th day of December, 1990*, as relates to that section of the road specified in the Schedule hereto and issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, is revoked on the 29th day of September 1994. Schedule SITUATED within Manukau City at Howick and Pakuranga Wards: Pakuranga Road: from Botany Road to a point 180 metres measured easterly, generally, along Pakuranga Road from Kerswill Place.
